The forms on this site (brief and questionnaire) collect what you write in them: your business, your email, your contact details if you provide them, and the elements of your project. Nothing is collected without your knowledge.
To build your preview, send it to you, answer you and draw up your quote. That is the only purpose. Legal basis: pre contractual steps taken at your request, article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
Nowhere else. It is never sold, shared or transferred outside the European Union. The site and the data are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany. It is deleted three years after our last exchange at the latest.
This site sets no cookies. Your theme preference stays in your browser and never leaves it. Traffic is measured by a self hosted tool (umami) that is anonymous, cookie free and does no profiling: no personal data passes through it, which is why no consent banner is needed.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@amorce.dev, answer within thirty days. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.
