Terms of the space.

The pro space, at amorce.dev/espace, is reserved for Amorce clients, its business referrers and its team. A client follows their project there, exchanges with Amorce, approves previews and finds documents. A business referrer manages prospects, reminders and commissions there.

• The account is personal. Amorce opens it by invitation, at the email address you give.
• The password has at least 12 characters. Do not share it. If you lose it, or think someone knows it, write straight away to contact@amorce.dev.
• Amorce may suspend an account in case of abuse or security risk, and will explain why.

What you upload to the space (texts, photos, logos, documents) stays yours. You confirm you have the right to provide it, and to let us use it to carry out your project. Amorce uses it for nothing else.

The space is available at all times as far as possible, and Amorce monitors its availability. An outage or maintenance is still possible: Amorce does not promise uninterrupted service.

The assistant is optional. It only receives your messages if you accepted it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@amorce.dev. Its answers may be inaccurate: they do not replace a decision by Amorce. Do not write sensitive data in it (health, opinions, banking situation).

• You only contact professionals, about their activity.
• You tell the person where their contact details come from if they ask.
• If a person refuses to be contacted again, you record it straight away in the space: they are then removed from your lists.
• Information about prospects is confidential. You do not copy or share it outside your work for Amorce.
• Your commission is set by your referral contract, not by these terms.
• When the collaboration ends, your access is closed and your data is handled according to the durations on the Privacy page.

Do not try to reach data that is not yours, and do not test the security of the space without talking to us first. If you find a flaw, tell us at contact@amorce.dev: we will thank you.

By signing in to the space, you accept these terms. If they change, the version date changes and we tell you. These terms are governed by French law.
